They took a holding deposit from us, and although we did not pass the reference checks, they are refusing to refund our money.It has been over a week now. I have sent multiple emails to Samiya, but she ignores them completely. She gave me a 'management number' to call, but no one ever picks up. They are holding my money without any legal reason or explanation.This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I am warning everyone to stay away from this agency unless you want your money stolen. I will be reporting them to the Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards if my deposit is not returned immediately.
